Our First Draft Book Bar in Phoenix has brought in more natural wines! What's a natural wine, you ask? Organic, bio-dynamically grown, and with no unnecessary additives like colorants or additional sulfites, natural wine-making is a practice that has been in place for decades, and has recently gained some exciting momentum. One of the many reasons we love natural wines is the diversity in flavor profiles. Current staff favorites include the Flora Prosecco DOC from Italy and the Brand Riesling Feinherb from Germany—dry, tart, and refreshing on the palate.
